Clinical Specialist

About This Role

This Clinical Specialist position educates healthcare professionals on Recor Medical's products, supports clinical procedures, and collaborates with the sales team to further business in assigned territories. The role focuses on technical and educational support for the Paradise™ uRDN System to treat hypertension.

Responsibilities

• Represent ReCor Medical during cases to ensure customer and patient success with products and demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting techniques
• Fulfill the duties of a Cardiology Sales Executive in vacant territories and supports procedures as directed by the Commercial Team
• Assist CSE, as needed, when opening new accounts
• Assist in product demonstration and troubleshooting at medical education events
• Provide technical support when required for new product launches, including data collection and clinical site support
• Gather and share clinical feedback from the field to assist with product development and design review
• Work with the Quality department to help track device-related clinical feedback and complaints
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to products through one-on-one training, in-service education, and seminars
• Serve as an effective ReCor Medical representative to physicians and support staff regarding products
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs, goals, and requirements

Requirements

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular procedures or at least 2 years of clinical case support
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to quickly learn and understand technical information and teach it to others
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and oral

• At least 2 years of clinical case support or clinical experience in cardiovascular procedures
