Manage clinical services for diabetes patients within Sacramento County, collaborating with sales, customer care, and managed care teams. Educate healthcare professionals and patients on innovative diabetes medical devices to increase referrals and retain product users.
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Territory Manager, Customer Care team and Managed Care team to meet commercial and clinical needs
- Increase referrals for product adoption
- Sustain patients on product
- Educate HCP’s (Healthcare Professionals) on the company’s devices
- Educate patients on the company’s devices
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Clinical Diabetes Educator, or Registered Dietitian background
- Experience working with diabetes patients
- Completed 4-year college degree
- Ability to travel within territory

- 4 year college degree
