Join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of the senior population, providing exceptional therapy via telehealth with administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth for at least 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies with AI-powered scribe assistance
• Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Indiana
• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Proficient using electronic health records (EHR)
• Proficient delivering therapy via telehealth

Qualifications

• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
