Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program
• 1 year of experience (includes residency training) in specialty pharmacy (cardiology, GI, rheumatology, dermatology)
