Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team to support individuals with serious mental health needs in rediscovering their health and hopes, ensuring best practices and driving program innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a clinical team dedicated to recovery-oriented care
- Provide supervision to clinicians and team members, guiding performance and professional development
- Champion clinical quality by ensuring best practices, compliance, and documentation excellence
- Collaborate across systems with community partners, counties, and referral sources to strengthen service delivery
- Drive growth and innovation by helping shape program strategy and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Active Oregon license as a Mental Health Practitioner (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting
- 1+ year in a leadership role (inpatient or outpatient)
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Services
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Services
- 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting and 1+ year in a leadership role
