The Client Support Manager at TAIT provides exceptional service and support to diverse clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions for customer concerns. This role emphasizes tailored support for system sustainment, managing activities such as site inspections, part repairs, part ordering, and client support agreements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer relationships while advocating on behalf of the customer and TAIT company
- Provide feedback from customers on product quality and features
- Ensure support tickets are kept out of breach through professional, clear, concise information
- Manage site teams and negotiate changes to ensure timely, cost-effective, profitable, and professional project execution
- Collaborate with technical integration teams and project teams to exceed client needs
- Manage and schedule resources in collaboration with resource management teams
- Identify, source, and supply spare and replacement parts in partnership with other TAIT departments
- Structure and process qualitative and quantitative data to draw insightful conclusions in a timely manner
- Visit sites and meet with clients to maintain and develop relationships as required
- Demonstrate continuous diplomatic effort to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other departments
Requirements
- HS Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 5+ years experience in customer support or management role
- Experience planning projects with complex logistics and hard deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills with honesty and integrity
- Willingness to work hard and sometimes outside of normal business hours
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years experience working in a customer support or management role preferably in the entertainment industry.

- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g. Epicor)
- Familiarity with customer service ticketing service platform(s) (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience with TAIT markets, especially cruise ship venues, theatres, and theme parks
