The Mid CI/SME Instructor will deliver training for the Countersurveillance/Surveillance Detection Course (CSSDC) to federal government clients. This role involves planning, developing, and executing instruction on countersurveillance and surveillance detection to protect personnel and operations.
Responsibilities
- Instruct the Countersurveillance/Surveillance Detection Course (CSSDC)
- Plan, develop, and execute countersurveillance in support of surveillance detection training
- Teach surveillance methodologies
- Teach countersurveillance mission planning and execution
- Teach surveillance detection techniques and execution
- Conduct classroom and practical exercises, potentially exceeding 8-hour days
- Work after hours, on weekends, and some holidays as required
- Travel within the NCR and CONUS
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience conducting surveillance and countersurveillance
- Graduate of JCITA CSC, JCITA CSSDC, AFCITC, or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Eligibility for SCI clearance with a polygraph or ability to take one
Qualifications
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree and a graduate of JCITA CSC, JCITA CSSDC, AFCITC, or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent
- 5+ years' experience conducting surveillance and countersurveillance
