Lead and inspire young minds as a Childcare Teacher in a daycare setting, fostering a joyful learning environment and supporting children's holistic development. This role involves leading classes, partnering with parents, and maintaining records while collaborating with specialists.
Responsibilities
- Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
- Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
- Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
- Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
Requirements
- CDA, associate degree or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education
- At least two (2) years of experience with children
- Documented experience working with children, references required
- Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Experience in emergent curriculum approaches
- Bilingual or experience with special education
