Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience working with children in kindergarten settings
• Familiarity with early childhood education practices
• Adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to the dynamic needs of young children
• Strong creativity skills to design and implement engaging educational activities
• Knowledge of pedagogy and child development principles
• Basic childcare knowledge, including ensuring safety and addressing the developmental needs of children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in early childhood education are preferred
