About This Role

Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting their engagement in treatment and making progress towards care goals. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
  • Build meaningful connections with patients to support their engagement in treatment
  • Spend necessary time with patients and families to understand their needs
  • Educate patients and families about therapeutic approaches
  • Provide ongoing support to patients and families
  • Ensure patients are making progress against their care goals
  • Deliver effective psychotherapy practice across developmental and neurodiverse populations
  • Maintain thorough patient records and documentation

Requirements

  • Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
  • Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
  • Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours (after 4pm M-F and 8am-7pm on Weekends)
  • Commit to a hybrid role at our Lancaster, PA clinic location

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients, and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
