This role will support the CEO by driving strategic initiatives, building operational infrastructure, and managing critical projects from concept to completion. The Chief of Staff will act as a force-multiplier, ensuring the company scales sustainably during a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to translate initiatives into sequenced plans with clear metrics and timelines
- Own end-to-end execution of CEO-level special projects and organizational initiatives
- Maintain focus and accountability across the CEO's priorities, identifying conflicts and risks
- Produce high-quality executive materials such as strategy briefs, board materials, and roadmaps
- Serve as a strategic thought partner, pressure-testing ideas and ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Build and continuously improve internal operating systems for hiring, resource allocation, and team capacity planning
- Orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage staffing assignments
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and presentations, ensuring crisp internal communication on company strategy
- Represent the CEO's office in internal discussions, ensuring priorities are understood
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase organizational velocity
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in high-performing environments (Chief of Staff, strategic operations, management consulting, VC/PE, startup leadership)
- Demonstrated success taking ambiguous initiatives to completion
- Strong systems thinking and process design capability
- Exceptional project management and coordination skills
- High proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years in high-performing environments such as Chief of Staff roles, strategic operations, management consulting, venture capital/private equity, or startup leadership positions
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/tech companies
- Background in talent operations or organizational design
- Exposure to board-level strategy and operations
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
