About This Role

Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries within a critical care hospital and skilled nursing facility environment. This role involves assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, and documentation, operating under physician's orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy Services to patients
• Direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients
• Perform patient assessment
• Administer patient treatment
• Develop and implement program plans
• Complete related documentation and communication

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
