Administer daily medication to residents, monitor their well-being, and accurately record medication administration in an assisted living community. This role requires compassion and dedication to working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
- Monitor residents for changes in condition
- Report changes in resident condition
- Collect and record medication administration
Requirements
- Active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide | CMA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide | CMA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
