CDL Delivery Driver

About This Role

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver building materials to commercial and residential job sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck
• Unload products at commercial and residential job sites
• Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment
• Lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Minimum Class B License (Class A strongly preferred)
• Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 80 lbs.
