Join our team as a full-time, day shift Interventional Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist (CVRT) in Topeka, KS. This role involves assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures while maintaining equipment and staying updated on cardiovascular technology to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures
- Monitor and record hemodynamics and assist the physician by scrubbing procedures
- Assure proper functioning and troubleshooting of equipment to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic exams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral technology to assist the physicians
- Participate in professional development for the advancement of Cardiology Services
Requirements
- Current RCIS or ARRT registration
- Licensed by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as a Radiologic Technologist
- BLS certification to be obtained within 14 days of hire and prior to providing direct patient care
Nice to Have
- One year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
