Serve as a key point of contact for events, coordinating logistics, setup, and on-site problem resolution for catering, reservations, and other services. This role demands a process-focused and detail-oriented individual to bring a meaningful impact on everyone.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports
- Coordinate logistics for events
- Handle setup and knockdown for events
- Resolve on-site problems for events
- Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
