Casino Service Representative

About This Role

The Casino Services Representative greets guests, answers inquiries, and supports casino operations by issuing complimentaries, promoting cards, and coordinating reservations to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general information about Hollywood Casino and answer guest inquiries
• Retrieve table games ratings and utilize patron response functions
• Utilize casino computer system to redeem star points for guests
• Assist guests with special needs
• Communicate marketing programs, including star point value and issuance of promotional items
• Monitor inventory of promotional items and notify supervisor for reorder
• Make restaurant reservations and issue complimentaries when applicable
• Operate Coat Check
• Lead property tours, as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Physical mobility including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
