The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct, and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department, supporting and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational methods, equipment, and working conditions.
Responsibilities

- Support and implement policies and procedures
- Recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field desired
- 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment; Previous experience in supervision preferred
Nice to Have
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field
- Previous experience in supervision
- Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes
