Join Baystate Health's cardiac critical care team to provide specialized care for pre- and post-operative cardiac patients in an academic setting. Collaborate with intensivists, surgeons, and other specialists, enjoying a high level of autonomy with comprehensive support.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to pre- and post-op cardiac patients in the cardiac ICU and step-down units
- Work closely with cardiac intensivists, cardiac surgeons, invasive cardiologists, and heart failure attendings
- Participate in regular educational activities and professional development
- Deliver care within a busy traditional cardiac surgical program and robust mechanical circulatory support program
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience
- Board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
