As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you will assist physicians with complex cardiac procedures, operate advanced equipment, and monitor patient responses to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
- Prepare and support patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
- Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
- Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
- Safeguard a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient
Requirements
- Registered through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certified by the State of California (CRT)
- Current California Fluoroscopy permit
- Current BLS provider card
Nice to Have
- Current ACLS provider card within three months of hire
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist within 18 months of employment
