Campus Support Coordinator

About This Role

The Campus Support Coordinator ensures operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and seamless execution of administrative functions by providing comprehensive support to campus leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, official documents, and confidential records
• Design, implement, and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
• Develop, compile, and analyze operational and statistical reports to support leadership decision-making
• Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and events aligned with strategic goals
• Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, departmental projects, and enterprise priorities
• Oversee coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure operational continuity
• Responsible for contracting Visiting Faculty
• Serves as the Campus Incident Commander

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of customer service, operations support, or related experience
• Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends
• High level of interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively
• PC skills in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of customer service, operations support, or related experience

• Experience with Student Information Systems
