This role involves supporting business units by maintaining project plans, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and developing transition plans. The position requires evaluating and integrating financial and business planning data while providing administrative assistance to project teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and integrate multiple project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Evaluate and support business unit’s input in the design of financial and business planning data, processes, and tools
- Capture business requirements and create templates/worksheets for business unit input
- Convert and reformat information/data into acceptable technical formats
- Coordinate, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, design sessions, technical development discussions, and project team meetings
- Develop Transition Plans in consultation with Change Collaboration Manager and Transition Managers
- Monitor transition progress, identify transition risks, and escalate critical issues to Project Leadership
- Manage project documentation and ensure team compliance with project audits
- Provide administrative support including maintaining meeting minutes, deadline reports, and preparing presentation materials
Requirements
- Experience in project scheduling or administration
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Expert in Excel
- Knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in project scheduling or administration
