As a senior leader within the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimizing the day-to-day planning and execution of the cybersecurity and infrastructure function. This role involves developing a sustainable operating model and processes to support the delivery of organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operational activities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring business processes align with organizational goals
- Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Requirements
- 7-10 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in Financial management or program management roles
- Strong business acumen with solid understanding of financial planning and analysis
- Exceptional planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create collaborative relationships and influence without direct authority
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of equivalent experience, including financial management or program management roles
