Business Manager

About This Role

Lead and expand the Manufacturing & Digital Industrial Solutions business within TMC USA, focusing on strategic customer relationships and managing a high-value portfolio of engineering consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and recruitment activities for new engineering resources
• Actively prospect new clients and identify new business needs within the manufacturing sector
• Support the development of new customer relationships and long-term partnerships
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and growth
• Act as a link between clients and assigned engineers to support engagement quality and satisfaction
• Support the operational follow-up of ongoing assignments, ensuring stability, performance, and retention
• Contribute to account development strategies aimed at expanding existing business
• Support commercial follow-ups, client communications, and internal coordination activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in business development, account management, or technical consulting within an industrial setting
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a client-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation systems, or industrial digitalization
• Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and professional communication platforms
• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in areas such as Digital Manufacturing, Automation, ERP/MES/SCADA, or industrial engineering services.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or French for international coordination
