- Serve guests and interact with them on the front line and cook line
- Cook for guests
- Act as an ambassador of core values
- Respect, listen and support fellow team members
- Work to create memorable experiences for guests
- Do whatever it takes to keep Jaffar's running smoothly and to support the team
Requirements
- Passion for putting smiles on people's faces
- Ability to follow direction and ask for help
- Ability to get to work on time and give it your all
- Patience for people around you
- Desire to learn how Jaffar's works
- Desire to be trained and coached
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene standards (frequently washing hands, always wearing a clean uniform)
- Love for fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Love for being part of a team
