About This Role

Represent a premium brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events to engage with shoppers and generate qualified leads for in-home consultation appointments, serving as the first point of contact for our direct-to-consumer model.

Responsibilities

Represent Marvin at retail stores, trade shows, and local events
Engage with shoppers and spark interest in premium window and door solutions
Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments
Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching displays

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Outgoing and enjoys connecting with new people
Ability to handle rejection with confidence
Energized by engaging with people and making a great first impression
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable on your feet during shifts
18 years of age or older
Own a smartphone
Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
