Brand Ambassador

About This Role

As a Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador, you will drive the new club opening process by generating excitement and interest within the community for an upcoming Crunch Fitness location. You will build new member leads by partnering with local businesses and representing the Crunch Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community
• Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
• Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in "street team" activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
• Set a positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
• Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
• Tour potential members around the club with the goal of signing up for a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• World class customer service skills
• Works hard, multi-tasks and a problem solver
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
