This Branch Office Administrator role provides seamless administrative support to financial advisors and clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience. The role focuses on managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and contributing to the annual business planning process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies
- Listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional client experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
- Learn and understand the financial services industry for account management
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
- Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing materials for client meetings
