The Branch Office Administrator provides essential administrative support to financial advisors, serving as the primary contact for clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members
- Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and managing correspondence
- Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing on the branch business plan
