Serve as the primary point of contact for credit union members through inbound and outbound phone calls, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance member experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Deliver exceptional member experience that exceeds department standards
- Respond promptly and accurately to member inquiries, adhering to quality assurance guidelines
- Build rapport with members and proactively identify enhancement opportunities
- Organize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency while following security procedures
- Utilize critical thinking to assess member needs and provide effective solutions
- Consistently achieve quality assurance standards for handling communications
- Proactively drive sales development by promoting credit union products and services
- Accurately open new memberships, checking accounts, and investment products
- Maintain current knowledge of credit union offerings to match members with suitable products and services
- Collaborate effectively with credit union support departments to resolve member issues
- Fulfill member requests with accuracy and efficiency, delivering exceptional service
- Enhance expertise and skills by actively pursuing development opportunities
Requirements
- Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
