About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for credit union members through inbound and outbound phone calls, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members via inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Deliver exceptional member experience that exceeds department standards
  • Respond promptly and accurately to member inquiries, adhering to quality assurance guidelines
  • Build rapport with members and proactively identify enhancement opportunities
  • Organize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency while following security procedures
  • Utilize critical thinking to assess member needs and provide effective solutions
  • Consistently achieve quality assurance standards for handling communications
  • Proactively drive sales development by promoting credit union products and services
  • Accurately open new memberships, checking accounts, and investment products
  • Maintain current knowledge of credit union offerings to match members with suitable products and services
  • Collaborate effectively with credit union support departments to resolve member issues
  • Fulfill member requests with accuracy and efficiency, delivering exceptional service
  • Enhance expertise and skills by actively pursuing development opportunities

Requirements

  • Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
