Join our team as a Boiler Controls Technician, troubleshooting and working with industrial automation equipment, especially Allen Bradley PLCs and HVAC systems. This role involves wiring controls and motors for boilers, rebuilding control valves, and testing control panels and fuel skids.
Responsibilities
- Wire all controls and motors for watertube and firetube boilers and auxiliary equipment
- Rebuild control valves and regulators
- Build and test control panel using Engineering wiring schematic and layout
- Build and test fuel skids using Engineering wiring schematic and layout
- Build and test condensate tanks and deaerators
- Trim out firetube and watertube boilers
- Perform start-up of Rental boilers in field
Requirements
- Minimum two years of boiler experience working with PLCs, transformers, transmitters, and other boiler controls
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

Qualifications
