About This Role

This role involves providing behavior-analytic services in accordance with BACB guidelines, supervising RBTs, and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned
  • Abide by the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
  • Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols
  • Maintain BCaBA certification by acquiring continuing education in BACB required categories
  • Obtain and maintain state licensure
  • Maintain requirements and training to provide supervision to RBT level staff
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires
  • Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for clients
  • Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessments
  • Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets for clients

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board certification and in good standing as a BCaBA
  • Current BCaBA licensure in Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
