Support analytical testing activities of platform methods across various mAb projects as an Entry Level Biochemist. This role involves data entry, initial data review, and laboratory maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Support testing across analytical techniques including: Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR)
- Perform data entry
- Conduct 1st level data review
- Initiate and close ELN records when necessary and appropriate
- Perform laboratory and equipment maintenance
- Prepare reagents
- Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline
- 0-2 years laboratory experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline
- 0 to 2 years laboratory experience

- Existing experience in large molecule experience
