Biochemistry Scientist

About This Role

Support analytical testing activities of platform methods across various mAb projects as an Entry Level Biochemist. This role involves data entry, initial data review, and laboratory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support testing across analytical techniques including: Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR)
• Perform data entry
• Conduct 1st level data review
• Initiate and close ELN records when necessary and appropriate
• Perform laboratory and equipment maintenance
• Prepare reagents
• Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline
• 0-2 years laboratory experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline
• 0 to 2 years laboratory experience

Nice to Have

• Existing experience in large molecule experience
