The Billing Analyst will ensure accurate and timely billing operations by partnering with Finance, Sales, and Collections. This role involves complex billing analysis, reconciliations, and support for month-end and audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Complete complex billing analysis and reconciliations as part of the month-end billing cycle
- Review customer contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and proper revenue recognition
- Process billing transactions and revenue-related adjustments accurately within the Financial Data Warehouse (FDW)
- Respond to and resolve customer billing inquiries in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
- Research and process credit memo requests and maintain an organized credit memo log
- Partner with the Collections team to support the company's DSO goals
- Execute billing and revenue transactions regularly in NetSuite
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including audits, SOX compliance, and consolidated financial statements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Experience with full-cycle billing and invoicing processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing, including order-based billing
