About This Role

OneTouch Direct is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on roles requiring English and Spanish language skills. This role involves developing creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on roles that require both English and Spanish language skills
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent through diverse channels
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing supportive feedback
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking within our ATS, following up on all candidate activity to ensure compliance
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
• Proven ability to source and attract diverse candidates effectively
• Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
