About This Role

The Strategic Cuisines Sales Development Representative will expand Toast's reach by engaging inbound leads and connecting with US-based SMB restaurants. This role involves using various outreach methods to schedule demos with Strategic Cuisines Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social).
  • Schedule 36+ demos per month for Strategic Cuisines Account Executives.
  • Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep.
  • Make a minimum of 65 calls per day, with a total of 100+ outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social).
  • Work collaboratively with SC Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (sales internships included).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Restaurant industry experience
