About This Role

This Benefits Advisor role involves delivering exceptional customer service, educating businesses and employees on benefits options, and assisting in customizing and managing insurance plans. The advisor will conduct client needs assessments and support the sales process to ensure appropriate insurance products are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Insurance products
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Proven abilities in Sales and client acquisition
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and guiding stakeholders
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to represent Aflac effectively
