Beauty Advisor/Artist Freelancer

About This Role

Provide an inspirational and personalized in-store beauty experience to educate and delight customers, leveraging creative and technical expertise in make-up, skincare, hair, or fragrance. Work with a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store make-up application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations
• Educate and delight customers with creative and technical expertise
• Work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events
• Ensure the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to live and work in the country

Qualifications

• Beginner-level expertise or amateur level experience accepted, prior retail makeup experience and certification in makeup artistry desirable.

Nice to Have

• Certification in makeup artistry
