About This Role

This role involves providing personalized in-store beauty consultations, including make-up application, skincare advice, and fragrance consultations, while contributing to visual merchandising and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store make-up applications, skin care advice, hair, or fragrance consultations
• Educate and delight customers with creative and technical expertise
• Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events
• Ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview

Nice to Have

• Certification in makeup artistry
• Prior retail makeup experience
• Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Retail experience
