Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for an 18-month paid relocation fellowship in Omaha, Nebraska, to provide essential ABA services to children in underserved communities. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, implementing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with caregivers to optimize patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on caseload
- Supervise, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and other support staff
- Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress
- Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure understanding and implementation of ABA strategies at home
- Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to create a positive environment focused on belonging and inclusion
Requirements
- Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards
- State license, as required
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for building, growth and innovation
