About This Role

Join Starbucks as a Barista, where you'll craft the world's finest coffee and create meaningful moments for customers one cup at a time. This role involves engaging with people, preparing beverages and food, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products
• Handle cash securely and ensure store safety
• Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
