This role is responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining stock levels of ice, beer, liquor, and garnishes, ensuring smooth bar operations.

Fill and maintain ice wells for bartenders
Restock beer and liquor as needed
Change beer kegs
Prep, store, rotate, and stock all garnishes for bartenders
Maintain constant awareness of bar inventory needs and proactively restock items
Help maintain cleanliness behind bars both during and after service
Restock and organize beer coolers

High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
Organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

High School diploma or GED
