Supervise and support daily teller operations for a financial institution, ensuring compliance, providing leadership to staff, and resolving escalated customer concerns. Ensure accuracy in cash handling, balancing, and vault operations to minimize risk.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily teller operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to teller staff to maintain high performance and service standards
- Approve transactions within assigned limits and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Monitor cash handling procedures, balancing, and vault operations to ensure accuracy and minimize risk
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, audits, and reporting requirements
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to support cross-selling and relationship building
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience
- Strong understanding of teller operations, cash management, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience required (teller or supervisory experience preferred)
