Automotive Sales Consultant

About This Role

This role involves consulting with customers to identify their vehicle needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals and build long-term loyalty for a growing automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand product features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships for repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive vehicle pricing and specifications

Requirements

• One year of Sales Experience (Any) Industry
• Able to work Monday through Saturday and every other Sunday
• Goal-oriented, energetic and outgoing 'people person'
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Passionate about sales and helping clientele
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of sales experience in any industry, with preference for retail, insurance, or real estate.
