The Automotive Finance Manager will present financing and protection products to customers, secure competitive financing through lenders, and prepare all finance and lease documentation accurately and compliantly for a Subaru dealership.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain financing and protection product options clearly and ethically
- Secure financing through lenders while ensuring competitive terms for customers
- Prepare and finalize all finance and lease documentation accurately and compliantly
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and lender regulations
- Maintain strong lender relationships and product knowledge
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to structure deals efficiently
- Deliver a smooth, professional, and pressure-free customer experience
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and repeat business
- Accurately process contracts and ensure timely funding
- Stay current on Subaru programs, lender guidelines, and compliance updates
Requirements
- Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of finance products, lender programs, and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
