The Sherwin-Williams Automation & Insights Full-Time Development Program is a 12-month rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience in predictive insights and business process automation within various Finance Networks. Participants will develop foundational leadership skills and prepare for an analyst role.
Responsibilities
- Learn to utilize advanced financial analytics for business process optimization and profit maximization within the Predictive Planning & Insights department
- Aid in the development of strategic growth plans, scenario planning, modeling, and providing insights for company's financial strategy
- Identify and implement crucial business process automation to optimize efficiency and performance in the Business Process Automation department
- Harness digital capabilities for assessing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for change planning and development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of functional processes through program requirements, activities, and daily responsibilities
- Partner with fellow program participants through professional networking and engagement opportunities
- Work with a variety of finance and accounting experts and learn from Sherwin-Williams leaders
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have a completed degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field at the start of this program
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Prior school or work experience in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook)
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
- At least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
- Previous Sherwin-Williams Internship or Co-Op experience
- Previous experience in the Sherwin-Williams Corporate Finance Internship Program
