Install, configure, test, maintain, and repair audio, video, and security systems. This role requires knowledge of various related equipment and protocols, ensuring successful field service operations.
Responsibilities

- Test audio, video and security systems and related equipment
- Maintain audio, video and security systems and related equipment
- Repair audio, video and security systems and related equipment
- Troubleshoot issues in audio, video, and security systems
- Provide customer service related to system operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in audio, intercom, CCTV, and security systems installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of protocols, procedures, techniques, and equipment used for public address, audio and video intercommunications, closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, intrusion detection, life and safety monitoring, and audio and video teleconferencing
- Physical dexterity, color perception, and visual acuity
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Three (3) years of experience in the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and repair of audio, intercom, closed-circuit television, and security systems and related equipment used in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings, with one (1) year at journey-level.
