This role involves providing high-quality legal services through a statewide group legal plan, helping individuals, families, and small businesses access affordable legal support. The attorney will review legal documents, conduct research, and offer tailored advice.
Responsibilities
- Review legal documents and offer actionable advice
- Perform legal research across a variety of practice areas
- Provide limited-scope representation when appropriate
- Support the firm in delivering services to thousands of plan members statewide
- Conduct legal consultations over the phone to address client needs and provide tailored advice
Requirements
- Licensed attorney authorized to practice law in Minnesota
- Proficiency in civil litigation, including drafting motions and briefs
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Ability to perform legal research across diverse practice areas
Nice to Have
- Eagerness to assist individuals, families, and small businesses with their legal needs
- Experience providing legal consultations and document reviews
