About This Role

This role involves providing high-quality legal services through a statewide group legal plan, helping individuals, families, and small businesses access affordable legal support. The attorney will review legal documents, conduct research, and offer tailored advice.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and offer actionable advice
• Perform legal research across a variety of practice areas
• Provide limited-scope representation when appropriate
• Support the firm in delivering services to thousands of plan members statewide
• Conduct legal consultations over the phone to address client needs and provide tailored advice

Requirements

• Licensed attorney authorized to practice law in Minnesota
• Proficiency in civil litigation, including drafting motions and briefs
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Ability to perform legal research across diverse practice areas

Nice to Have

• Eagerness to assist individuals, families, and small businesses with their legal needs
• Experience providing legal consultations and document reviews
