Responsibilities
- Service business, tax, and estate planning needs
- Handle litigation matters including personal injury
- Manage mergers, sales, and purchases and related tax considerations
- Conduct legal research
- Review and proof entity and individual federal tax returns and financial statements
Requirements
- Experienced attorney
- Technically capable
- Capable of advocacy
- Skilled with technology
- High-level proficiency at WordPerfect / Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and TaxAct software
- Proficiency in electronic legal research
- Exceptional research skills
- Exceptional advocacy skills
- Ability to review/proof entity and individual federal tax returns and financial statements
