Ashcraft & Gerel LLP is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a docket of primarily auto accident cases and advocate for individuals injured due to negligence. This role involves providing legal advice, conducting thorough research, and skillfully negotiating favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage own docket of personal injury cases, primarily auto accidents
• Provide legal advice and guide clients through complex issues
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case documents
• Negotiate to effectively resolve disputes and secure favorable outcomes
• Interact with clients and provide advocacy

Requirements

• Expertise in Law, with a strong emphasis on Personal Injury
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice
• Ability to conduct thorough legal Research and analyze case documents
• Skilled in Negotiation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a legal team and manage cases independently
• Licensed in Virginia

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
